A minimum deposit of $500 is required at registration.
Registrations after the stated deadlines must be accompanied by payment in full.

Workshop participation cannot be confirmed without a deposit - no exceptions.

Airfares are not included.

All prices are shown in US Dollars -  Currency Conversion.

Workshop prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen fluctuations.

Once you have made a deposit we will honour the price you signed up with. 

All wire fees  and conversion charges are the responsibility of the attendee.

Cancellation Policies
(We've been left at the altar before, after paying for the cake, so we have some trust issues!)

 

For ALL cancellations more than 75 days before a workshop there is a $500 cancellation fee.
For ALL cancellations 31 - 75 days before a workshop, the fee is 50% of the workshop package price.
For ALL cancellations 0 - 30 days before a workshop, the fee is 100% of the workshop package price.
If a situation arises where a workshop has to be cancelled, 100% of monies received will be refunded.

Participants may transfer their place to someone else.

For shorter and week-end workshops, payment in full is required at registration and there are no refunds, but again you may transfer your place to someone else.

Please get travel/health insurance right away so you will be covered should you need to cancel.
