DAY 1
Delhi! We will meet up with everyone and immediately head to Agra (210 Kms / 4 -5 Hrs). For participants joining us for this leg of the trip only we say welcome.
We will be travelling by private luxury vehicle the whole time, allowing us the freedom to stop whenever we like; for shooting, eating or whatever else we fancy.

We will check into our hotel in Agra; Crystal Sarovar, and then have a free afternoon and early evening. There are some shops in and around the hotel.

DAY 2

We will leave before sunrise to experience one of the Wonders of the World, the glorious Taj Mahal. We will then return to our hotel, have breakfast, pack up and head for Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary (56 Km/1hr).

We will check into The Birder's Inn, and then take a guide and bicycle rick-shaws into the park. This is a wondrous place for bird and wild-life shots. Some people may want to come back for sunset shooting, and we picked a hotel close to the park so this would be easy to do . Bicycle hire is available.

DAY 3

There will be time in the morning for those wanting to go back into the park for sunrise and another chance to photograph all the birds and other wildlife. Then breakfast in the hotel before we depart.

Mid to late morning we will drive to the glorious capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur (185 km / 4 hrs). On arrival in we check into the Arya Niwas for 4 nights, and the rest of the day and evening can be spent relaxing or exploring the immediate area. Some people may want to begin by visiting a local tailor. We will focus on fabric shopping for the rest of today, especially for those who wish to order custom made clothes.

DAY 5

There will also be ample time for relaxation and we will arrange other activities for those who do not wish to shop.

DAY 6

After breakfast we will drive to Udaipur (398 Kms / 7-8 hours). This will be our longest day of travel so Jean will be available to do one to one coaching on the bus, and we encourage the fidgety to have some downloaded entertainment on their devices! There will be stops for chai and lunch. We will check into our hotel, Swaroop Vilas, later in the day and have an evening of relaxation.

DAY 7

After a leisurely breakfast we will have a full day in Udaipur. The City Palace, the lovely Sahelion-ki-bari gardens, the Jagdish temple and a local Museum (all optional). For those looking for an additional adventure, there will be those choice of taking an early morning train from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer instead of the bus (leaving at 5:00 am).
