Day 1

Many participants will have travelled across the world for this workshop, so in order to assist in creating a more fully rounded experience for people we are offering a 2-day post workshop tour.

This is a part of England that is steeped in mystery, myth and fascinating history. On the 1st day of our tour we will travel by coach to Penzance, on the tip of Cornwall. This in itself will provide an opportunity to enjoy seeing a vast swath of the countyside.

For this part of the tour we are extremely fortunate to have Nigel Breen as our guide. He will meet us in Penzance and take us to several sites that he considers to be of significance. There are countless sites to be seen in this area, and Nigel will tailor our day to suit the group.

We plan on leaving Liskeard by about 8:00 am, after breakfast, so we can arrive in Penzance to meet up with Nigel.

We expect this to be a full day of seeing sacred sites in the area. Nigel does point out that Cornwall, even in May can be wet, so some site visits would be subject to weather and under foot conditions. Please be prepared and bring proper footwear and appropriate clothing for possible inclement weather.

We will stop somewhere around mid-day for lunch, which will be paid for individually.

Day 2

Today we plan on staying around the immediate Liskeard area for the 1st half of the day, we will have our coach again but will take advantage of seeing those places that don't require a lot of driving.

The Hurlers

Golitha Falls

Carnglaze Caverns

After lunch will take a half hour drive to what is supposedly one of the prettiest fishing villages in Cornwall, Polperro.

There we can spend some time relaxing, and everyone will have free time to wander around, shop, walk and just generally enjoy themselves. And if you have never had English fish and chips by the seaside then this is your chance.

There is room for 12 participants on the 2 days of this tour, so we do recommend booking early. It will be 1st come and registration will be closed when we have our full quota of registrants.

$150 per person for 2 days. Guide and Transportation included. Meals, refreshments and optional tipping for the driver and guide are the individual's responsibility.

Please be sure to make arrangements directly with your hotel if you wish to stay a few extra days and go on this tour.
