Dear Blog … at last you have your moment! I really have no idea what will evolve here, but like anything else in life I’m sure it will have a distinct and unique life of its own. The chart below was our 1st post, and as with any “inception chart”, hindsight is 20/20, so I am going to refrain from making any comments at this juncture.

I would like to begin this launch with a huge thank you to all the great speakers, attendees, supporters and helpers I have had to date. It has now been 7 years (a whole Saturn square) since the program was seeded in my heart after a 2 month visit to Bali in May 2004, falling madly in love with the island, and consequently plotting and scheming to think of a way to make it “home”. And now this is a reality, and true to the Saturn cycle, we are now entering a whole new chapter/phase, and besides this “crunchy” 90 degree aspect we are in, when “Heaven and Earth” began Saturn was in Sagittarius (great faith, enthusiasm and vision) and has since moved into the sign of Capricorn (commitment, responsibility and steady, hard graft). Not surprisingly I am realizing that a more grounded and mature approach to all projects is required, a conscious grounding of our visions into something more substantial, ordered and strategically planned with (oh no says the Aquarian!) logical considerations around long-term practical planning.  And (thank heavens!) on a lighter note, besides Bali, Mexico and the UK being on our location list, there are firm (good Saturn word) plans afoot to run 2 programs in India in 2013 … which is most interestingly  a Capricorn country itself.

Also a big thank you to Anto (web techie extraordinaire) who is helping me in this next phase of  rebuilding the website and moving into that terribly  Saturnian grown-up world of marketing!
